Havoc Half Season Ticket Holder,
We want to send you a sincere thank you for choosing to be a 2023-24 Half Season Ticket Holder! As we approach our historic 20th anniversary season in two weeks, below is everything you need to know about this year and your season tickets!
Meet The Team
Our annual Meet The Team Party is Wednesday, October 25th from 5pm to 7pm in the VBC Lobby. This is the first opportunity to pick up your season ticket books and gifts. If you are not able to attend this evening, you can pick up your items starting Thursday morning (10/26) at 9:00am at the Havoc Office. We are expecting a capacity crowd on Opening Night, so we strongly encourage you to pick up your tickets and gifts ahead of doors opening on Friday to avoid delays getting into the game.
Updated Bag Policy
In order to expedite wait times and ensure safety for all fans, the VBC is implementing a Clear Bag ONLY Policy for 2023-24 Havoc games. Non-clear clutch purses will no longer be permitted. Clear bags and clear fanny packs are available for sale in the Havoc Team Store and on HavocGear.com.
VBC is Cashless
The VBC has fully converted to a cashless facility. Parking and concessions purchases can only be made with a credit or debit card, as well as Apple or Google Pay. Cash is still accepted at the Havoc Team Store as well as for chuck-a-pucks.
Season Ticket Holder Entrance & Security
The Season Ticket Holder Entrance location remains unchanged this season and will be stationed in the main hallway by the Havoc Office and Box Office. The Season Ticket Holder Entrance will open 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to puck drop (5:30pm for a 7:00pm game and 3:30pm for a 5:00pm game). This entrance will be season ticket holders only until 1 hour prior to puck drop, after which all fans will be allowed to enter. Fans entering the season ticket only entrance must have their physical season tickets present. Fans carrying digital tickets or standard blue Ticketmaster tickets will be denied entry.
Merchandise Discounts
Embedded in your ticket book will be a season ticket holder identification card. This card will grant you a discount on the STH Merchandise Item of the Game at the merchandise store. This card must be shown to secure the discount, a picture or your tickets will not suffice. The discount will vary game-by-game and will be sent out via email each week as well as advertised at the game.
Discounted Tickets
If you need additional tickets for any game, you receive a discount on single game tickets through the Havoc Office only. You can purchase discounted additional tickets by calling the Havoc Office at 256-518-6160 or visiting us in-person during our office hours. We are not able to sell discounted tickets outside of office hours on gamedays.
Unused Tickets
If you are unable to attend a game, we urge you to give your tickets to someone so your seats are not empty. If your tickets go unscanned, you can redeem those unused tickets at the Havoc Office during our normal business hours for any 300-Level seat. The following games are blackout dates and you are not able to exchange unused tickets for these games: November 24th, December 9th, December 16th, December 26th, January 6th, January 20th, January 27th,
February 10th, February 24th, April 5th. Unused tickets must be redeemed in-person at the Havoc Office during regular business hours (M-F 9am-6pm). Unused tickets cannot be redeemed at the box office or at the Havoc office right before a game.
Pullovers
We have a limited amount of season ticket holder exclusive pullovers available for sale to Half and Quarter Season Ticket Holders. To purchase, click HERE. These will be available for pickup at the Meet the Team Party.
