PSI, NOCTI and the ACF Certification Commission have worked hard to launch the following initiatives concerning ACF written exams:

Savory exam rewrites (CFC, CC, CSC, CCC, and CEC) – With the assistance of more than 100 volunteers and more than two years of work, all four savory written exams have new questions, content and updated reference materials.
Practice Exams – The exams are not the only thing with updated content. New practice exam questions are being release to accompany the exams as well.
¿Habla Español ? The CEC, CFC, and CFPC written exams will be available in Spanish. To accompany the exam, we have translated the CEC Candidate Handbook as well.
New Written Exam Retake Policy – Effective October 3, 2018, any candidate who does not pass their written exam must wait fourteen days from failure of the exam to schedule the retake their exam. Candidates have unlimited opportunities to retest; however, fees are assessed for each exam attempt.

Beginning October, 1, 2018, CSC/CWPC Candidates who have completed an ACFEF Certificate/Diploma program are now only be required to provide four years of work experience.
Changes are Coming

Beverage Management will be required for all CEC and CEPC Certified Chefs beginning October 1, 2018 . Anyone in pre-approval or currently certified prior to that date will be exempt from this requirement.

You may have this course in a current transcript. If not, a new course has been developed to meet the requirements.
