Ingredients
#2 Lbs. Halibut
8 Limes
1 Bunch Cilantro
1 Tomato
1 Sweet White Onion
Green Onions
Cucumber
Yellow Bell Pepper
2 Jalepenos
Celery
I remove the skin from my halibut. Then cube into small pieces as pictured. Place in a bowl and squeeze the juice from 6 limes.
Mix together, refrigerate and let it marinate for 4 - 6 hours. Then drain.
Next chop up all the ingredients. Be sure to remove the seeds and membrane from the jalepeno's.
Remove the seeds from the cucumber.

Blend all of this together gently.
Season with garlic salt, seasoned pepper, white pepper, chili flakes, crushed red pepper and sea salt to taste.

Ceviche Tips

Add your avocado and tomato right before serving.
I always squeeze more fresh lime juice on my ceviche right before plating.
Yummy Dressing For An Amazing Halibut Ceviche' Summer Salad.
This is so Easy.
Take 1 cup of Brianna's Creamy Cilantro Salad dressing and blend it with 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Just drizzle this all over your Halibut Ceviche' Salad.
Your guest will go wild!!
Halibut Ceviche' Butter Lettuce Salad
This is a Family Favorite
Perfect for a warm summer nite when you are looking for something unique, extremely tasty, hearty and healthy!

Oh, and did I mention, very easy!
Ingredients:
Butter lettuce
1 Avocado
1 Ripe Tomato
1 Cup of Halibut Ceviche
Dressing: Take 1 cup of Brianna's Creamy Cilantro Dressing and mix it with 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil. Whip together.
Dress it up with a sprinkling of Lawry's Season Pepper or similar.
(Make ahead of time - great item to have on hand - just store in your refrigerator for up to 7 days!)
