Thank you for joining USF St. Petersburg's 5th Annual Halloween Fest taking place Friday, October 30 from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm!

We have 50+ campus and community partners bringing this annual tradition to life with Halloween fun, community spirit, and plenty of Bull pride!

We can't wait to celebrate spooky season with you!

Location: USF St. Petersburg 140 7th Ave S. St. Petersburg, FL 33701

Parking: Free parking is available in the USF Parking Garage located at 250 5th Ave S. Metered street parking is also available.

Exit the Garage on 6th Ave S. and walk toward 2nd St to the Welcome Tents under the Halloween Fest banner in front of HarborWalk.

Stop by the Welcome Tents under the Halloween Fest banner to check in, get your festival guide, Halloween Fest tote bag, stickers, and glow bracelets while supplies last!

Each bag will have three tickets for you to vote for your favorite trunk, tent or table, and activity. Winners will be announced at 8pm!

Please note the Not-So-Scary Haunted Library is closed this year for construction.

5:30 pm - Event Begins

6:30 pm – Performance by Thrill St. Pete

7:00 pm – Dog Costume Parade featuring therapy dogs from Dogs Inc.!

7:15 pm – Kid Costume Parade – All kids welcome! Line up in front of USC.

7:30 pm – Performance by Thrill St. Pete

8:00 pm – Winners of Tent and Trunk Decorations Announced

8:30 pm – Event End
