Beyond the normal eats and drinks, this is a full-blown Halloween party with costumes encouraged. And, our neighborhood is known for creative Halloween costumes! Will you take home one of these prizes?
1 Prize - Best Couple
1 Prize - Best Female
1 Prize - Best Male
(If you don't want to put effort into a costume, all is good! Grab an apron and come as a chef or maid. Costumes are encouraged, not mandatory.)
Food
Alcohol-free bubbling punch ... with additives available
Three crockpots of Chili by different chefs
Cornbread; 4-star salad; dessert

Cost is $3.00 per person (or $5.00 per couple.)
Payment can be made via Zelle to Karen Fleming 309-242-7035. Or, drop a check, made payable to CCRA, into the HOA's mailbox located at 7702 E. Highland Ave.
