Strategic Plan Launches Igniting Your Impact Campaign
Serving the community since 1951, the Hamilton Community Foundation has consistently had the largest collective impact on the quality of life in Hamilton, Ohio and its surrounding region. Over the last several months, we have asked for community input, considered our leadership role in serving the needs of our region and developed the foundation’s Strategic Plan 2022-2024. Our ongoing role is to facilitate charitable gifts made by all donors who seek our high-level of expertise as a trusted partner. As we look to the future, we are focused on increasing assets – financial, community and organizational assets. We are launching a new campaign called “Igniting Your Impact” to increase awareness, engagement and investment in our work.

Donating Cryptocurrency Made Easy!
Making a gift of cryptocurrency to the Hamilton Community Foundation is an easy way to create a meaningful, lasting impact in the Hamilton community. Thanks to our generous donors, The Hamilton Community Foundation has more than 900 component funds that support grants to local nonprofits and scholarships for students pursuing a post-secondary education.

IMPACT
More than $1 million in Scholarships Awarded
This year nearly 200 high school seniors were selected as recipients of more than $1 million in scholarship awards. After two years of pandemic cancellations, we were fortunately able to recognize our students and donors at the annual scholarship program and reception in May. In addition to the event, the students and donors are featured in the Hamilton Journal News. The complete list of scholarship recipients is available online here.

"We are so proud of the students’ accomplishments and thank our many generous donors who make our scholarship program possible,” said John Guidugli, President and CEO.  

For more than 70 years, the Hamilton Community Foundation and its donors have provided more than $12 million in scholarships. Thanks to the generous donors who care about education, we are investing in our young people today to benefit the future.
