The theme will work for kiosks selling individual washes, wash bundles, or a combination of both.

New Mobile App Features
We introduced several great new features at this years Car Wash Show in Las Vegas:
  • Wash Clubs: customers can sign up to a monthly club program directly from their phones. Recurring billing is fully-automated, giving you a great revenue stream with minimal administration requirements.
  • AirPAY: allows customers to pay for services at your kiosks and self-serve bays directly from their phone.
  • Loyalty Program: a customizable program that lets customers accrue points for individual wash purchases or AirPAY transactions to earn a complimentary wash.

Hamilton EMV Solutions
EMV Solutions
Hamilton offers EMV solutions for HTK, CTK, and Gold Line.

Processing for the US is via Worldpay, and uses an Ingenico iUC285 reader that supports chip cards, traditional mag stripe swipes, and NFC transactions.

In Canada, Verifone hardware is paired with Moneris processing. This solution supports true chip & pin, NFC transactions, as well as Interac Flash. It is available for deployment throughout Canada, and offers multi-lingual instructions to customers based on their card-issuing banks preferences.

Reminder on D.A.N. Systems Running Windows XP
Hamilton Manufacturing does not support or service D.A.N. systems that are running Windows XP operating systems.

Microsoft’s support for Windows XP ended in April of 2014. While Hamilton offered support for XP-based D.A.N.’s though April 2016, continuous support for an obsolete OS is not feasible. Customers still using XP-based D.A.N.'s are encouraged to upgrade to a new D.A.N. with the Windows 8 operating system.

STA Validator Repairs
Hamilton no longer offers STA validator repair. This is due to the discontinuation of several components that allowed us to repair the STA validator.

Kits are available that allow the use of the XE validator with an existing STA stacker. The kit numbers and details are as follows:

• Kit Number 100-0089 will handle all changers, both front and rear load
• Kit Number 100-0184 will handle the Gold Line ACW’s
