Hamilton Utilities to Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey
Hamilton, Ohio -  Hamilton Utilities plans to conduct a telephone survey to assess customer satisfaction and input.

Utility Business Manager Nathan Perry stated that the customer satisfaction survey will begin within the next two weeks and will be conducted over a 10-day period. Approximately 725 randomly-selected residential, commercial and industrial customers will be contacted to solicit input regarding Hamilton Utilities' reliability, rates, customer service and special programs.

SDS Research, a full service marketing research firm, will conduct the survey on behalf of Hamilton Utilities. Survey calls will originate from the SDS Research telephone number 208.438.6100. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete with each customer.

Director of Public Utilities Kevin Maynard said, "While Hamilton Utilities staff strives to exceed customer expectations with the services we offer the community, we are interested in learning how our consumer-owners think we are doing and in hearing ways we can better serve them."

The survey results are expected to be provided to utility management in September 2016. For further information, contact Utility Business Manager Nathan Perry at 513.785.7217.
