Ms. Melinda Chase, P.E. serves as a bridge and transportation engineer in our Transportation Engineering Department with over 20 years of experience. She is also on the bridge inspection unit and is involved in the field work for the annual inspection programs and individual bridge inspections. Ms. Chase is ODOT trained in bridge inspections and has experience in load ratings and scour assessments.
Mr. Timothy Briggs, P.S. is the survey manager and a registered professional surveyor at the North Canton, Ohio office. He has over 38 years of experience in surveying and managing projects, and is experienced in ODOT surveying requirements. Mr. Briggs is a member of the Western Reserve Chapter of the Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio, National Society of Professional Surveyors, and past president of the Western Reserve Chapter of Land Surveyors.
