Dear Valued Y Member,

We are very excited to introduce a few more new additions to our services.  Please review the below information and visit our website for more details. We will continue to work within the state guidelines and our operational capacity to make changes and additions to our offerings throughout this pandemic.

Your patience, support and understanding are crucial to our ability to serve our community as we continue to navigate COVID-19. Our staff are working diligently to provide you with the best experience possible during this challenging time.   Each operational change is a just a small piece of a large puzzle with changing dynamics in the face of a global pandemic. Please trust there are challenges to each move and our staff is working hard to address each situation in a timely manner.

During this critical time, your YMCA membership is more important than ever.  We are here to help you maintain your health, through in-person and virtual programming. Your membership helps to support our YMCA mission to strengthen the health of our community. In addition, your support provides access and equity for those who may not otherwise be able to benefit from Y services.

We sincerely appreciate your partnership during this challenging time. Please enjoy the additional services being offered starting October 19!

Lap Swimming Updates

  • There is a maximum of 3 large pool reservations per week per member.
  • All reservation blocks are 45 minutes in length.
  • Members may enter the locker room 5 minutes prior to the start of their swim, and wait for their time slot to begin before entering the pool deck.
  • There is no longer a time restriction for locker room use at the end of the workout, but we do ask that members keep their time to a minimum since there are capacity restrictions for these spaces.
  • In an effort to remain socially distant, reservation slots will be assigned a locker room.
  • Please note after 3:00pm Mon-Fri. and Sat. morning 9:00am-12:00pm the pool may be shared with swim lessons or swim team.  During these times only the upstairs locker rooms are available.
  • Household members (adult couples, senior couples, one adult households, and 2 adult households) may share a lane together. Max two people per lane. Only one person in the household will need to reserve a slot. Shared lanes must be approved at the Welcome Center and both swimmers will need bracelets.

  • Some of our first floor locker room showers have been shut off to help with social distancing.
