Kluesner Art Opening, Pallet Knife Painting Class, Arts Coloring Book
KLUESNER ART SHOW OPENING

The public is invited to an opening reception for Patrick Kluesner’s fine art show, “ As I See It .” Enjoy 34 Impressionist paintings at our  Twenty North Gallery.

If you can’t make the reception, see the show  on Saturdays, Nov. 3 - Dec. 29, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Admission is free.

KURT VETTERS BOOK LAUNCH

Local author Kurt Vetters will launch his second Civil War novel, Freedom Spring . The book chronicles the closing days of the Civil War from the perspective of a newly-freed slave.

Captain Vetters served in tank battalions and cavalry squadrons during his ten-year career in the US Army. He writes an opinion column primarily focused on veterans' affairs for the Daily Reporter .
LIVE MODEL, OPEN DRAWING AT THE GALLERY

Bring your plein aire supplies for an open drawing session at the gallery with a live model sitting for the group. There's no fee, but participants can make a donation to the model.

Area artists have donated drawings (such as Sandy Hall's Riley Park Chapel) for a coloring book that reflects the rural and small-town character of Hancock County.
