Hanover Spotlight for September!

Cory joined Hanover as an Assistant Project Manager on the Hanover Sepulveda project in October 2018. He immediately excelled in running the permit process, design meetings, and buyout process. During construction, Cory was the leader of the office processes while being involved in nearly every activity for the building. From there, Cory moved on to Hanover Hollywood, continuing to grow as a leader by tackling any issue or area critical to TCO. Now, as Project Manager of Laguna Niguel, Cory has led the project to an incredible and smooth start. He has taken the lessons learned from previous projects but also does not shy away from project-specific or unique challenges.

Cory is refreshing to work with. He is extremely intelligent yet detail-oriented. Cory understands construction from the critical path of a building down to waterproofing details in a courtyard. He is honest with untouchable integrity and a fantastic moral compass; he is a great leader through his actions. Cory is an excellent employee who exemplifies what Hanover is all about; more importantly, Cory is an unbelievable person. We are blessed to have Cory and excited to see his career continue to grow. Keep up the good work, Cory, and thank you for everything you do!

Alexander Necas

Leasing Consultant - Hanover Republic Square

Austin, TX

Alexander Necas grew up in Switzerland but lived in Portland, Oregon, for most of his life until moving to Austin one month ago. While acclimating to the southern heat, he is ready to hit the ground running as a Leasing Consultant at Hanover Republic Square. Alex has an impressive background in property management, operations, and real estate. At Sleep Sound Property Management, he was a Leasing Manager who supervised a four-person team and oversaw leasing vacant properties. At Project Wi-Fi, Alexander excelled as an On-Boarding and Operations Specialist, where he succeeded in drafting compelling appeals for the suspended Walmart Seller accounts and secured account reinstatement. Additionally, his hands-on real estate experience stems from scheduling and conducting house showings while managing the social media presence for Tyler Horst Realty as an Assistant. Alexander likes to stay active, whether hitting the gym, golfing, or exercising his mind in a game of chess!

Brandon Dyrdahl

Leasing Consultant - Hanover Alewife

Cambridge, MA

The leasing team at Hanover Alewife welcomed Brandon Dyrdahl to the property as he became the newest Leasing Consultant on the team. Prior to joining Hanover, Brandon worked for American Campus Communities in Tallahassee, FL, where he gained valuable knowledge in the property management and leasing industry. He joined the company as a Leasing Coordinator and, in only seven months, was promoted to Leasing Manager. Brandon was not a stranger to dealing with time- and financially-sensitive information when he joined American Campus Communities. Previously, he served as Teller II at Centennial Bank and Trust, working with personal business accounts, audits, and loan payments. Walking the properties and performing tours gets Brandon up and moving while at work, but it’s not enough activity for him. He enjoys hiking and rock climbing during his free time. However, Brandon also loves working on a new art piece at home with his partner, John, and their two pets, Pierre and Trixie!

Nawaf Nawaf

Lead Concierge - Hanover Southampton

Houston, TX

With three years of concierge experience from Ceaders, Nawaf Nawaf joined the team at Hanover Southampton last week. At Ceaders, he was recognized for handling stressful situations calmly and pleasantly and providing administrative assistance to the property management team. Previously, Nawaf embarked upon a year-long Property Management Internship at Weingarten Realty, where he learned the ins and outs of property management, including coordinating collection procedures, communicating between tenants and the property manager regarding building and tenant issues, and advertising vacant listings. Nawaf is bilingual and fluent in Arabic from growing up in Iraq until he moved to Houston in 2011. In addition to working out, Nawaf is highly interested in photography!

Congratulations to Andrea Ferreira for her promotion to Property Manager!

I am thrilled to announce the promotion of Andrea Ferriera to Property Manager at Hanover Crossing Residences. Since joining Hanover in early 2022 at The Nines, Andrea rose through the ranks quickly and was promoted to Leasing Manager at Hanover Crossing Residences in early 2023. Andrea makes an impact on everyone she interacts with. Friendly, personable, and professional, Andrea has mastered the art of customer service. That, combined with her commitment to Hanover’s values, has allowed her to achieve two consecutive perfect opening ORA scores with both a 99 at The Nines and Hanover Crossing. Helping lead both projects to shatter all expectations from velocity and rent growth, to event planning and unmatched service, she has been instrumental in both successful lease-ups. I am thrilled to be taking Hanover Crossing to stabilization and beyond with Andrea!
