Each month, we recognize one employee with the Hanover Spotlight Award for going above and beyond their role and personifying the qualities Hanover values most.
To show your coworker how much their efforts and actions resonated with you, send a nomination email to [email protected] with the nominee's name and a brief explanation of why you are submitting the nomination. Bibi Batsuren
Leasing Consultant - Hanover Walnut Creek
Walnut Creek, CA
A new face for one of our newest properties – Bibi Batsuren joined the lease-up team at Hanover Walnut Creek last week. Most recently, Bibi worked in a sales-centric role as Sales & Finance Manager at One Automotive, which includes both One Toyota of Oakland and One Subaru of Hayward. Her responsibilities included prospecting for customers through CRM software, upselling products, completing finance paperwork and credit checks, and assisting with customer loan approvals. In her free time, Bibi enjoys soaking up the sun at the beach or on a hike and is always up for a new adventure, like taking a road trip to Seattle. This upcoming year, she has quite a few aspirations. Bibi and her boyfriend hope to go camping in Yosemite, adopt a new feline friend, and move out of Dublin, CA, where she has lived since she was nine!

Chervonna Jordan
Leasing Consultant - Hanover Soma West
San Francisco, CA
Last week, the leasing team at Hanover Soma West greeted their new Leasing Consultant, Chervonna Jordan. A Santa Rosa, CA transplant, Chervonna has lived in San Francisco for three years. During that time, she has held administrative and customer-facing positions, such as a Proctor at PSI Testing Centers and a Clerical Assistant. In December, she acquired her Real Estate License and is looking forward to using her established skills in property management. Chervonna makes spending time with her family a priority. She enjoys outdoor activities with her two brothers and watching her seven-year-old sister grow and learn new things. One day, Chervonna hopes to take her interest in nutrition and learning where our food comes from to another level by having a vegetable garden, growing fruit trees, and owning chickens!

Kole Cooper
Construction Intern - Hanover Riverwalk
Fort Lauderdale, FL
Embarking on his second summer internship with Hanover, Kole Cooper became part of the Hanover Riverwalk team last week. Originally from California, where he attended City College San Francisco to prepare for a civil engineering degree, Kole moved to Tampa, FL, two years ago to attend the University of South Florida. He is on track to graduate with a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2024. While attending college, Kole worked as Construction Laborer at CA Design Build, Inc., and completed an internship at The Conco Companies in Concord, CA. He gained on-the-job experience in processing and managing RFI’s and submittals and performing pre-concrete pour QA/QC checks. In what free time he finds between studying and working, Kole enjoys working out, attempting to learn new musical instruments, and playing and watching rugby!

With five years of experience as a Concierge at Peace of Mind Concierge Services, Hanover Southampton gained a valuable new team member last week as William Mendez began his new position as Lead Concierge. Whether face-to-face or over the phone, William has a proven track record of providing excellent service and attention to residents of high-rise properties. He always seeks to improve operations by finding workable solutions and executing personalized support to meet unique client needs and promote brand loyalty. William’s personal interests include learning more about a complete approach to health – physical, mental, and financial – and self-improvement. He enjoys reading, playing soccer, exercising, and studying. Even though William greatly emphasizes wellness, he also knows that nothing can beat a great pizza and wings splurge meal!

In addition to those two exceptional projects, Bryan has been the ultimate team player by assisting with buyout, design coordination, and logistics for numerous others. I have always appreciated Bryan’s solutions-driven attitude and his ability to dive into the details to find the best outcome for both the project and the company. A round of applause for Olivia Howley for her promotion to Property Manager! | |
Please join me in congratulating Olivia on her new role as Property Manager at Hanover Hollywood! In April of 2021, Olivia began her Hanover career as a Leasing Consultant at Hanover Exton Square (PA). By February 2022, she was promoted to Leasing Manager, which took her across the country to Hanover Diridon in San Jose, CA. There, she had the responsibilities of managing and achieving the weekly leasing goals, organizing resident events, managing renewals to maintain occupancy, and assisting the property manager with training the leasing team.
In January of 2023, Olivia transferred as the Leasing Manager at Hanover Hollywood in Los Angeles, CA, prior to accepting her new role as Property Manager.
I am very proud of Olivia’s performance and her continued impact on each team she has worked within. Way to go, Olivia!

Shea joined Hanover in June of 2019 at the beginning of the Cambridge Park IV project as a Field Engineer. In early 2022, he was promoted to Assistant Project Manager while working on Hanover Colony Place and took on all roles and responsibilities of a Project Manager. His follow-through and attitude with every aspect of the projects he has contributed to have demonstrated that he is a great team member and an asset to any project! Well done, Shea!

2nd Annual Hanover Heroes Ceremony and Celebration! | |

Last Friday, Global Support Services employees were honored at and participated in the second annual Hanover Heroes Employee Recognition Celebration!
Held at the Hyatt Ahmedabad Hotel, this year’s ceremony incorporated a television show theme, including group trivia throughout the event in a Who Wants to Be a Millionaire format. Percy Potwalla (COO – Global Support Services) and Jeb Bowden (COO) kicked off the celebration by welcoming the groups attending in person and online. Following these greetings, employees showcased Indian fusion attire and traditional jewelry in a jaw-dropping fashion show that would make Milan’s world-famous Fashion Week envious.
