Moving Forward and Looking Up!
Hello, and welcome to 2021. The new year offers great hope in the promise of new medical solutions to assist in the widespread re-opening of our society. Though last year may have seemed slow with the lockdown, we are proud to have completed 5 projects including Villas on the Park in San Jose, Aria and Della Rosa in Los Angeles, Mission Village II in Temecula, and The LINK in San Diego. This year, we continue with 5 new developments under construction and a development pipeline of 13 additional communities located in Oakland, San Jose, Los Angeles, and San Diego. The demand for affordable housing never seems to abate no matter the economic forecast.

The Orchard, at Hilltop and Euclid will offer 113 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom affordable apartments as well as ample commercial space. The new development will also offer infrastructure improvements for the community at large including new sidewalks, and a new bridge. This project is being built by HA Builder and is designed by Studio E Architects. |

Located in Oakland, California, Nova will offer 57 supportive housing apartment homes. Conveniently located near amenities and public transit, Nova will be competed by June 2021. The community is designed by Dahlin group. |

Emerson is an HHH funded community offering 39 supportive housing units to those of extremely low income. Emerson has been designed by Togawa Smith Martin. Site services will be provided by HHCLA. |

The Dahlia will provide 56 supportive housing units. Built by Walton Construction this will be Affirmed's third completed HHH funded community.

Aurora will offer 44 supportive housing units in Oakland, California and is to be completed by winter 2021. On-site services will be provided by BACS. |

Located in downtown Los Angeles, Aria offers 57 affordable homes for formerly homeless individuals. Combined with on-site services, the new community is the second completed community using HHH funds, and the first of three to be completed by AHG.
