La Foret Spring Retreat this weekend- no youth group! Retreaters please meet at the church on Friday, March 15th @ 5:00 pm - we expect to return Sunday, March 17th by 11:15 am. Leaders for the retreat are Dani Way, Lauren Froning, and Dylan Kramer. 

Easter Eggstravaganza Saturday, April 20th! Join us in our annual Easter celebration from 1:30-3:30 pm, followed by the worship service at 4:00 pm. It is an event that has the whole town talking with a petting zoo, face painting, egg hunts, crafts, live music, and snacks! If you cannot make it to the event, but would like to contribute a large bag of candy for our Easter egg hunt, please leave it at The Welcome Spot or in the church office! 

Summer 2019 VBS Registration is OPEN! Our VBS theme this year is Dr. Seuss' "Oh the Places You'll Go." Our planning team is eager to watch this summer's program unfold. Eventually, we will be asking for supplies and leadership help, but for now we are just asking for parents/guardians to register their cute kids! Follow this link: Click Here

This Sunday Mar. 17, CUC's David Tabor will begin our 4-week series on "Civil Discourse in Various Aspects of Our Lives." He will cover topics such as "How do you/we perceive civility in business? Should how we treat others in business differ from how we treat others in life? Tell the truth or be nice? Must one choose? Why are we talking about this in church?" Dave is Senior Vice President of Business Partnerships at the Colorado Chamber of Commerce where he maintains relationships with key Colorado business leaders. He hosts the PROCO360 podcast featuring entrepreneurs and business leaders who could be successful anywhere, and choose Colorado. Please join us in the Fireside Chapel from 9:10 - 9:50 am. All are welcome.

Faith Forum, Tuesday, Mar. 19: Marie Schreiber and Nancy Bierman present a lecture on Dietrich Bonhoeffer, German pastor, theologian, and anti-Nazi dissident. His writings on Christianity's role in the secular world have become widely influential. All are welcome to join us is the Fireside Chapel from 9:30-11:30 am.

9 Health Fair Volunteers Needed: The 9 Health Fair, April 13, 2019, at Columbine needs Medical volunteers. We are seeking a Physical Therapist, and several skilled phlebotomists. Nurses, PA, NP or doctors who can perform skin screenings and breast exams. We are also looking for a registered dietician to advise participants on healthy diets.  If you know someone with these skills, please encourage them to volunteer one morning! Contact Peggy Sweet, peggysweet@kencominerals.com or 303-973-8253.
