Happenings @ St. David's

The Christmas crush is over. The magi, having followed the star, and found the Christ child, have left their gifts and started home 'by another way'. The temptation is to settle back into 'normal'.

But after the incarnation, nothing is ever the same. God is with us - Emmanuel - in real and tangible ways. Jesus is among us, showing us how to live and love and give. The light shines in the darkness and the darkness can never overcome it.

Let's not settle back into 'normal'. Let's take the incarnation to heart. God is for us. Love is with us. Light is in us. Let's shine.

Blessings in this bright new year.
