Happenings at St. David's
As we end the church year, celebrating Christ the King Sunday, we are invited to consider whom we serve. There are many things, projects, people in our lives which claim our attention, time and resources. What is most important to us? What is most true for us? Jesus says he comes to witness to the truth. What is our truth?

Deciding what is true is not an easy exercise these days. We have so many conflicting and confusing sources for information. One thing of which we can be absolutely sure: the unconditional love of God, connecting us in an eternal bond with one another. All of creation is interconnected. We belong to one another and we need to take care of each other and this ‘fragile earth, our island home’.

The world may confuse and confound us. News may swirl around us. But the love of God is true, today, tomorrow and always.

In thanksgiving,
Mary Kay+
