QEP Updates
The goal of the Montreat College QEP is to develop the critical thinking skills of our students so that they can graciously impact the world around them.
The QEP Naming Campaign is underway, once again! This time we need your vote for one of the top-three names. Simply click this link and cast your vote! The winner will be announced next week and the prize of $100 for the Montreat Bookstore will be gifted!
The QEP Team has worked with MarComm to create a student-focused graphic of the QEP Framework for Critical Thinking in the Classroom. This graphic will be what is used to explain to students the process and implementation of the critical thinking in the classroom components of our QEP, launching in Fall 2020. You may start to see the graphic around campus, but here’s your first sneak peek!
Outdoor Education Celebration!
Montreat College has been included on the list for the 2019 Best Outdoor Programs by OutdoorLeaders.com! Congrats to our OE staff for this achievement!
Blood Drive - Thank you!
The Blood Connection team saw a total of 31 donors and was able to collect 23 pints of blood. This will help up to 69 hospital patients in need of lifesaving transfusions. Thank you to everyone who helped make this lifesaving event possible.
Join us for our next drive scheduled for Tuesday, February 4, 2020!
