Air Force Medallion Restored for Memorial Park

A central element to Boulevard One's Memorial Park, this Air Force medallion honors all the community members who have participated in the transformation of Lowry Air Force Base into a landmark community. Weighing two tons and measuring eight feet in diameter, it once adorned the Air Force administration building on the Boulevard One site.

Colorado Community Land Trust Breaks Ground on Rowhomes

Construction of 14 rowhomes on E. Archer Drive is underway. These two- and three-bedroom homes are anticipated to be affordably priced from $158,000 to $179,000. Occupancy is scheduled for the first quarter of 2020 and will be determined via lottery.

Boulevard One Residences
Celebrate Grand Opening

Late last year, the Denver Housing Authority and Volunteers of America welcomed the first residents of its affordable rental homes located within Boulevard One.

The modern one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments feature spacious floor plans and the latest finishes. An indoor-outdoor gathering space, kids' play area, playground and rooftop deck are open to all residents.
