Happenings at the Resort ~ December 2021
Ludlow Falls by Alena Newcomb Photography
Hello Friends of Port Ludlow Resort,
I hope each and every one of you creates meaningful memories over the coming Thanksgiving holiday. One of the things I enjoy about this time of year is the gift of being a small part in your memories as you come to celebrate and enjoy each other over farm to fork delicious meals with family, friends, and coworkers. We are all thankful that we can gather more this year. If you have yet to plan your holiday social, the Inn is beautifully decorated throughout for the holidays and we have a variety of spaces available, give our group sales team a call and we'll help you out.

Another way we can reduce your stress in finding the perfect gift for the holidays is with our gift shop. Jennifer, our curator of retail items, has put together a very nice selection of great Port Ludlow themed and locally produced items. You may be surprised how many items you can cross off your list in just one stop, not to mention that a Port Ludlow Gift Card is perfect for the hard to find ones on your list. These cards are good at all of our hospitality venues – the Golf Course, Marina, the Inn and the Fireside Restaurant.
A fun tradition at the Inn is the stockings. Each year every employee hangs a stocking as part of our lobby decorations. Then, mysteriously, these are filled - and on Christmas Eve, after the Christmas Eve dinner, the stockings are enjoyed...and treats often include notes left by our guests and fellow employees. It's become a lovely part of the season.

Do you want to join our great team of employees and take part in our traditions? We have a variety of career opportunities available, view all openings on our website.
I am so pleased and thankful for all of you that have visited with us. Many of you that read last month’s newsletter went out of your way to say thank you to our hard working service staff. It really means so much and continues to energize us to keep working hard to anticipate our guest’s needs and create amazing experiences. So from the bottom of my heart I say THANK YOU.

No matter how far or near, we hope that all have a special celebration with your loved ones and you create lasting memories.
