Happenings at the Resort ~ July 2021
Hello Friends of Port Ludlow Resort,
As we live through this record breaking heatwave in the Pacific Northwest, I am grateful to spend my days on the Olympic Peninsula where our temperatures stay around 5-10 degrees cooler than the Seattle area.

The summer always has me looking forward to working with the bounty from our local farmers, fish mongers, and artisans, and the energy that comes from being here in Port Ludlow this time of the year.

As we look forward to the long days of summer, we, like many others, are having to make hard decisions on how we can best serve our customers. Now that most of our COVID restrictions have been lifted and we are allowed to return our spaces to full capacity levels, we are finding it extremely difficult to fill all of our necessary open positions.
As we continue to work toward reaching our staffing goals we will be modifying the Fireside’s hours of operation (listed below). Please understand that we want nothing more than to be open every day. We hope that this change will allow us to provide the level of service we pride ourselves on and our guests have come to expect, until we are able to recruit and train additional staff. Your patience and kindness during this time of transition is much appreciated.
If you know anyone that would like to work at an award winning Resort in a fast-paced customer service environment, let them know we are hiring all positions and many of them, with the right attitude, can be filled with little or no experience. We will train. Please refer them to our website at www.portludlowresort.com/careers/
