"From my perspective, I am not sure just how you and your staff could have improved your support of the rendezvous. Your personal efforts, whether providing me with information about the status of reservations or arranging for the beer keg (awesome by the way), were especially appreciated.
Your staff went out of their ways to make our guests feel welcome. The office people were always friendly and helpful and the boaters appreciated it. The facilities, whether on the docks, the rest rooms, or the tent, were clean and well set up. While we were at the tent, someone always routinely stopped by to check in and ask if there was anything we needed. And when weather forced some delays in leaving on Sunday, the office was accommodating.
I can't tell you the number of boaters who had never visited Port Ludlow before, found the Marina and the area welcoming, and who now plan on returning."
