Greetings from Port Ludlow,

November is almost here, so let the Holiday Celebrations begin!

With Thanksgiving approaching I find myself pondering what am I thankful for? What always comes to mind first for me is family, I suspect most all of us are thankful for the family and friends we have and appreciate the time we can share with them.

Holidays make me feel especially grateful for those close to me, as I have spent most of my career in the hospitality business working on the days when most families are gathering. My family has always made arrangements to gather and celebrate around my crazy schedule and for this I am truly thankful.

This compromise my family and friends have made allows me to feel good about how much I enjoy spending the day creating special memories and serving delicious food right here at the Fireside to so many great families.

My hope is that each and every one of you get to spend time with the ones you love this holiday season. Whether you gather at home or you join us here at the resort for our family style service.

Cheers,

Dan Ratigan
