Congratulations, Panther Volleyball!
The varsity volleyball team completed their regular season with a win over Shoals Christian last night, and will now advance to regionals next Tuesday at Waterloo. Go Panthers!

  • Tonight's game time: 7:00 p.m. at Waterloo High School Stadium
  • Due to limited seating, Waterloo is encouraging Mars Hill fans to bring a chair to sit in during this Friday's football game
  • Shakers will be provided (please return them to the designated area at the conclusion of the game)

Four Elementary Students Receive Good Neighbor Award
Congratulations to Mary John Alexander (TK), Harper Burnett (K), Macy Bowerman (4th), and Ellie Burnley (4th) for receiving the Good Neighbor Award! These students received the award for making a difference at school and changing the world with their leadership, kindness, and service!

Life Retreat: "The Hill is for Real"
High school students, register now for Life Retreat October 29-30 at Maywood Christian Camp!

Life Retreat began in 2012 as a "bigger and better" version of a long-time Mars Hill tradition, Life Day. Students leave campus on Monday after lunch and return
before 3 p.m. on Tuesday. During the 24-hour retreat students and faculty take a break from their hectic schedules to focus on their spiritual lives and make great
memories together.

Panther Fest
Elementary parents... make plans for Panther Fest in conjunction with the MH vs. Shoals Christian game on October 26!

Activities will include a one-mile color run, inflatables and games. All activities will be FREE for Mars Hill students!
Elementary P.E. Program and Silent Auction
On November 1, join us for our elementary P.E. program and Silent Auction! The auction includes gift baskets, getaway, gift cards, spa packages and more, and all proceeds will benefit our elementary classrooms and school clubs.

Bidding will begin at 10 a.m. in the old gym and end 30 minutes after the conclusion of the program.
Basketball Reserved Seating Information
  • Payments for reserved basketball seats should be paid by November 1st.
  • Cost is $150 for front row seating and $100 for all other seating. Reserved seating is now sold out.
  • Checks should be payable to MHBS and paid through the business office (not the high school office).
  • There is a drop/slip on the front door of the business office for your after-hours convenience. Payments should be in an envelope if you use this option.

2018-19 Yearbooks
Yearbooks are on sale! During the month of October, you can save $5 by ordering your yearbook for only $60. After October 31, yearbook prices will increase to $65 until March 1 when the price will increase to $80. Order early to avoid price increases. Forms are available in the middle/high school office, or you can use the link from the MHBS website to place your order online.
