What's New in Summit County?

As a resort community, Summit is still a great place to live whether it is your primary home or a vacation home. You can to relax and enjoy all our mountains have to offer!

We are seeing mortgage lenders offer loan programs to attract more Buyers and help with a variety of programs that fit many Buyer needs.

The Real Estate Market remains strong, becoming more "Buyer friendly" enabling prospective Buyer the opportunity to "sleep on it" (in most cases). Buyers are able to have the home inspected and appraised.

Inventory is increasing but certainty not what I would call an "abundance of listings".
