ADA CLASS REMINDERS

Snow Days

Although we are closed on 1/6, the studio will not necessarily close for snow/bad weather days regardless if area schools are closed. 

Closings will be sent out via email within one hour of the scheduled class and posted on our Facebook & Instagram accounts. Often we may open for the day and then decide to close if the weather becomes worse.

Everyone is entitled to a makeup class if we close the studio due to the weather. It is encouraged to be made up but not required. Make ups can be in one level below, one level above, or dancers are welcome to even try a new style in their age level!

We will also offer some "open" make up days either during our Spring Break or after the Recital so be on the lookout for those options too!

Feb 8th-13th: Spirit Week! Wear our school colors of red/white/black all week OR follow the Spirit Week suggestion daily list that will come out Feb 1st!

Friendly Reminders

*HIP HOP & POM DANCERS*

PLEASE DO NOT WEAR SHOES that have been worn outside into our dance rooms. Sneakers for dance should not be worn outside~ especially since the salt from snow days can be brought onto our floors and make them very slippery for other dancers. Please pack a bag and change your shoes before you enter the dance room.

*Tap/Jazz Classes

Hair is to be in a bun or up and off the neck for class just like ballet!!

*POINTE/BALLET DANCERS*

Only form fitted ballet sweaters will be permitted to be worn in class so that we can continue offer the highest standards of education based on proper technique. This cannot be done when dancers wear baggie clothes. Black ballet sweater tights are now permitted over the pink tights in Mr Jerzy's classes.

Parent Observation & Appreciation Week!!

Come see what your child's classroom experience is like! Bring your cameras (and maybe even your dancing shoes!) and join us February 1st-6th for a fun-filled Parent Appreciation Week!!

SUMMER THOUGHTS!

Our Summer Session schedule will be released in February which will include Performing Arts Camps, Summer Intensives, and Master Classes. Summer dance is for ages 3 and up. Stay tuned for more info....
