Happy 4th of July!

July 4 is an important date. It's the date when Israel's greatest friend and supporter, the United States was established.

Just as the establishment of the State of Israel was amidst a war, so was that of the United States.

Just as the United States was established as a democracy for all of its people, so was Israel.

Just as the United States has grown and developed into strong, vibrant and democratic nation - so to has Israel.

Despite the distance, despite the difference in size, language and culture  - Israel and the United States have much in common.

The unswerving  support and friendship of the United States and the dedication of EVP volunteers is something that we never take for granted and which fills us with pride and thanks.

As you celebrate the birth of the world's greatest democracy and Israel's true friend, we THANK YOU for your continued support and friendship.

Have a great 4th of July!
