Dear Grace Family, 

I want to express my deepest thanks to everyone who helped make VBS great this year! I am so happy that we were able to serve children from 18 months – 16 years old this year! We finally found a good way to reach more children with the stories of Jesus! My heart is full; thank you! My mind is already dreaming about next year! 

Family, Pastor Hannah has arrived! She will give service for the first time here at Grace this Sunday! If you are in town, please help us make her feel welcome and join us for Sunday Service at 11:00 am! We are planning her potluck for the following Sunday, July 13th. You can sign up to bring a dish in the narthex! We are happy to have you Pastor Hannah as our shepherd! We look forward to a joyful journey with you! 

Happening in the life of the church: 

School Supplies can still be dropped off until July 20th. The children from Love Parks and Recreations will be the recipients this year. We will host a pizza party for the children on Friday, July 25th and give them the supplies! If you would like to go and serve with us, please let me know so we can get your background checked from parks and recreation to be around the children. It will be a wonderful day of service! 

We will also begin Project Hydrate! We will make blessing bags for our unhoused neighbors to get them water to drink. You can donate your water in the church's narthex. You can also donate any other small food or drink items to put in the bags. Let’s serve our friends who need assistance. 

Friday, July 11th, we will have a movie night in the church. This is a free event with water and popcorn for all guests. You can come with the family to see The Sandlot starting at 7:00 pm. Come and bring a friend! We’d love to have you! 

Lots of fun and great things are happening at Grace! We hope that everyone has a safe and Happy 4th of July! The church offices and Grace Weekday School will be closed Friday for the holiday! Enjoy!
