Happy Ambassador Birds - All Thanks To You!
Pictured here is Garbo, our Ambassador Barn Owl, enjoying a bit of sun in the new weathering station your generous gifts made possible!

Our resident team finished construction last week and now our Ambassadors are enjoying even more time out of their solitary aviaries. The enrichment of more interaction with each other and with staff is invaluable!

Turns out, our Ambassadors miss you as much as we do! And with our education program on hold due to COVID restrictions, it's more important than ever we provide different forms of stimulation and socialization for them. Thank you for making this weathering station possible!
In case you missed it...
We recently announced a new challenge - a challenge match that is - thanks to an incredibly generous offer from Mary Love, in memory of her late husband, David. She has pledged to match every dollar raised during this Challenge Match, all the way up to $250,000!
As of today, every donation made to
Invest in the Skies
will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $250,000!
Mary's challenge was immediately taken on by loyal BRC ally Joanne Dow who responded with a $50,000 gift of her own.

And in the short time since, we have received over $110,000!

If you find this as inspiring as we do, we hope you will
help us meet the challenge with a gift of your own!
What's at stake
This modern avian hospital and education center situated on 5 acres off Guerneville Road in central Santa Rosa will support our commitment to provide care for our native wild bird populations and educate young and old alike about their vital role in maintaining a healthy environment.
Invest in the Skies!

As your gift and others are doubled with this match, you are creating a safe haven for injured and orphaned birds and a sustainable community resource. Your caring ensures we can all continue to experience the thrill of watching raptors soar high overhead, the wonder of seeing our Ambassadors up close, the joy of listening to songbirds, and the relief of seeing post-disaster environmental recovery as the seeds birds spread sprout and grow.

Your generosity has a tremendous impact - it will fill our hearts and skies with song!

So... Are you up to the challenge?!?
If so, there has never been a better time to support BRC and the vital work taking place each and every day!

With deep gratitude,

Ashton
