April

April is a key time for students to shift their focus from midterms to final projects, exams, and wrapping up the academic year. In this month’s edition, we’ve gathered important updates on commencement, course registration, and upcoming campus events to help you and your student stay on track during these busy final weeks.

Fall 2026 Course Registration

Fall Registration is now open! If your student has not registered already, have them check their time ticket and encourage them to do so. If your student needs any assistance with registration or course selection, they are welcome to reach out to their academic advisor or the Center for Student Success rmu.edu/css.

Summer 2026 course registration is open now as well for students who may wish to explore available options. Summer can also be a great time for your student to do relevant work, internship, and/or volunteer experience in his/her field of study. Encourage your student to share his/her summer plans with their advisor as well. Our goal is to help our students to finalize their summer and fall plans prior to departing campus at the end of this semester.
