First Friday Art Crawl- 6 pm-9 pm
A favorite among local artists and art-lovers, First Fridays in Grand Junction is a great way to experience the wide variety of artistic talent in town. Numerous art venues and galleries throughout Grand Junction are open late on the first Friday of each month. First Fridays typically begin around 6 p.m. and go until around 9.
What makes this event so much fun (besides the wonderful, eclectic art shows) are the people. Everyone is in a great mood. There’s always lots of food, drink, and laughter, and it almost becomes a game as you see people again at the next art venue.

Palisade Peach Festival
Palisade is known for its perfectly juicy peaches, and there is no better way to celebrate than the 54th Palisade Peach Festival.
Experience Palisade Peaches at their finest during Peach Festival weekend, August 11-13, 2022. The 54th Annual Peach Festival is a time for the town of Palisade to celebrate our farmers, families, and businesses that make these world-famous peaches SO amazing.
Thursday evening join us downtown for an Ice Cream Social during which Mr. Jake Jabs, of American Furniture Warehouse, will crown the Peach Queen & Peach Court for 2022. After the crowning, join us as the celebration continues with a Street Dance with live music.

Market On Main
The Market on Main presented by Fairway Mortgage is summertime’s signature event in Grand Junction, and is a showcase of farm products from the Western Slope and around Colorado. The Market on Main is a summer-long community event series drawing an estimated 5,000 visitors per week.
The Market will run each evening on Thursdays beginning June 23 through September 8 from 5:30-8:30pm. Remember, per City ordinance, no pets are allowed at Downtown events.
