flow like liquid light!!!
I hope you all had a fabulous summer... we certainly received a huge influx of powerful energies as predicted. And, this will continue. It's sometimes overwhelming for some of us!!! Our consciousness continues to expand, the heart continues to open and the body must always re-calibrate to accommodate the new frequencies. This is the process as we become less dense in a new existence here on Gaia. The real deal is to notice some of the delightful phenomenon that is happening within!! That is, things we never experienced before... or experiencing a new norm... our feelings, the way that we see things, or even how we are interacting with people and enjoying nature in a different way. What was once an annoyance may now be so insignificant. Without effort, we think a thought for something, and somehow it shows up... as if by magic. Energies and vibrations are now more obvious and we can sense more deeply. Our perception of 'reality' is changing even to the extent of actually 'seeing' beyond the veil. Have you had the experience of seeing light forms (orbs), or staring at something and it gradually disappears... you blink our eye and it's there again. Any experience like this is an example of seeing beyond the veil . Reflect on that!
We are 'happening' to the world in a different way... as we are "seeing" more, "knowing" more, and "being" more, we're having a wonderful affect on the world around us.. Our consciousness is vibrating at a higher frequency as we realize that "only ultimate reality is real, and it is our attachment to that which is unreal that causes us to suffer. Life simply is what it is. It is not events that cause us to suffer, so much as how we perceive those events... Only by detaching from the illusions of the world can we transcend the thoughts and feelings that too often sour our experience of being human."
 It's also now easier than ever to access higher realms of consciousness... and, it can take a small meditation to do this. Exploring our consciousness gets easier as we continue to evolve with every passing season. All we need to do is show a little effort to glimpse things that may have been unheard of in another era of our existence. We don't need to follow all the strict and rigid rules about meditation or how to practice our spirituality anymore. In fact, in the way that we loving express ourselves, we can chart our own path; expand our consciousness in our own way. We live in an innately spiritual world and we can now access it easily. Rigid rules about enlightenment just don't work anymore... we are beyond that.

I recently asked a client if he meditates, he thought for a moment, then said, "It feels like a sort of meditation when I'm preparing food and actually cooking.. It's like I'm one with all the ingredients... it becomes a creative process for me, and I also ask for, and receive spiritual guidance about different things in my life while I'm cooking. It's something I absolutely enjoy; it fulfills me. I'm at peace, and invigorated at the same time" How awesome is that!!! It could be hiking, gardening, a craft, playing with a pet, or swimming in a lake. Whatever connects us to our heart, guides us within, and aligns us to our higher selves can be considered a form of meditation. Practiced often, we experience a return of spirit...

This is the season of reflection and harvest...
It usually means that we "begin to allow ourselves quality time for centering within the Soul; moments for quiet reflection so we can listen to the wisdom of our Souls
and learn what we have harvested...." Usually!!! And certainly we can do this now, but, we no longer have to wait for the fall to reflect and harvest our fruit.. we do this all the time because change is constant, and as change occurs we make our adjustments automatically, whether we realize it or not. We have evolved to this state of being. And, as Autumn is also the element of water, let's continue to be mindful and flow like this beautiful liquid light. In it's gentle power, water
"shows us how to move through the world with grace, ease, determination, and humility."
We simply surrender to the flow and be in a state of allowing.
To everyone who has had a break up (what no longer serves you), break down (the stagnation), break out (fear, lack and limitation), break through (to Self)
break in (to the new and awesome),
and break even (with balance)...

Open Door!
Life is a series of cycles and a time of rebirth is indicated. This may mean a new phase in a relationship, the germination of a fresh idea or the development of qualities in you like
laughter, light or hope. It may herald a total change. Do not be afraid to let go of the familiar, for the new cannot enter until the old and outworn has departed. Your Angel guidance is to accept the new for it will be welcome when it arrives. Birth is a vulnerable time. The fragile life force needs to be protected and nurtured within you. Ask
the Angels to guide the new beginnings in your life safely to maturity.
