It's almost our birthday!

This month marks a special milestone for TCFL, and we’re celebrating with a community raffle featuring curated prize packages from local businesses—including dining experiences, unique gifts, and a boutique hotel stay. You’re also invited to share your birthday wishes by submitting a video message through the Memento app. Whether it’s a quick “happy birthday” or a favorite library memory, your voice helps make this celebration truly special.

Come check out the Centennial Raffle at either branch and enter for your chance to win some amazing prizes. All proceeds from the raffle support the library’s programs and services. Tickets will be on sale at the Circulation Desks beginning Friday, October 10, and are $10 for one ticket or $50 for six. Cash, check, and card are accepted.

The Talbot County Free Library will also celebrate its Centennial next week with a special event commemorating a century of literacy, learning, and community service. Tickets are still available for what promises to be an unforgettable evening on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Easton Library Branch. Join us for the fun!

Have a memory or library story you'd like to share? Submit it to librarymemories@tcfl.org - anonymous submissions accepted also!
