NTC UWF News March 21, 2023 | |
Happy 154th Birthday! On the stormy evening of March 23rd, 1869, eight women in Boston decided to give their "prayers and two pennies" (a dress allowance) to provide healthcare and education for women in India. Our foremothers' faith and generosity founded the Women's Foreign Missionary Society. Now we're known as the United Women in Faith -- our 25th name. How are you going to celebrate?
Wendy Campbell, 2023 NTC UWF President.
