Happy Catholic Schools Week!

During the week of January 30 – February 5, we celebrate our annual Catholic Schools Week. There are many people who make Catholic education within the Diocese of Joliet possible for our youth. During this Catholic Schools Week, on behalf of the more than 16,600 children we serve in our Catholic schools, thank you for helping create a future that is filled with faith, excellence, and service.

Annual Report

In Catholic schools, we are inspired by the Holy Spirit who is at work in our lives. Jesus guides us and is present in all we do. The Diocese of Joliet Catholic schools asked for God’s guidance and grace, identified community needs, planned how to keep our schools healthy and safe learning spaces, reopened and remained open for the entire 2020-21 school year. How? By prayerfully discerning God’s plan. Today at noon begins a 24-hour window of opportunity for everyone impacted by Catholic schools to give back and reconnect with the institutions that gave them so much.
