Give your employees the gift of helping their children thrive

New Chamber member EQuip Our Kids! is a national nonprofit campaign raising awareness and support for emotional intelligence and life skills in children, especially among parents and businesses.

A survey funded by Nationwide Insurance found more than half of parenting employees said they are less productive because their attention and concern is on their children’s lingering negative reactions to the COVID pandemic.

EQuip Our Kids! works with some of the best parenting experts in the country and provides free webinars you can gift to your parenting employees. Webinars teach parents how to respond to their children’s distress and impart elements of emotional intelligence and life skills learning, including stress management. They also help parents to obtain training for their kids in self-management, communications, conflict resolution, problem solving, goal setting and other achievement skills from schools.

You can learn more at http://EQuipOurKids.org. Watch the videos of youth transformation and visit their Business section.

To learn more about helping your working parents, email contact@equipourkids.org or call or text 310-730-6108.
