My Fellow Toastmasters and Guests, District 103 and I are proud to bring you the 2024 Virtual Winter TLI! The Toastmasters Leadership Institute, or TLI, is an event that will educate, enlighten and inspire. Our theme for the event is "Redefining A.I. ... AUTHENTIC Intelligence", because the TLI formula for authenticity is real people + known connections + original stories. 

Our keynote speaker is 2024 First-Place World Champion of Public Speaking Luisa Montalvo. She will also take part in a powerful panel discussion along with Region 4 International Director, Srinivas Saineni, DTM and other distinguished leaders. As usual, we will offer educational sessions and club officer training that are guaranteed to help enhance your skills and further your Toastmasters journey.

You must attend morning keynote presentation, one educational session, and PLUS the club officer role breakout session to earn credit for the second round of club officer training. The leadership panel is a BONUS to increase your knowledge of Authentic Intelligence, as a leader. If you are in multiple clubs, and attend a club officer session, you will get credit for all club officers' roles.
