Cruising is returning! The CDC assigns risk level for international destinations with Level 1 as "Low" and Level 4 as "Highest". The CDC no longer issues COVID-19 health travel notices for cruises and ranks risk of the virus on board ships at Level 2. The decision to cruise will be on an individual's basis "much like they do in all other travel settings" according to Kristen Nordlund, a CDC spokesperson.
