Patti's Wine Reviews :
Domaine Rouge Bleu Dentelle Rosé, 2018 - $17.99
Sharing is caring this Easter. Madison and I went to France in the Fall of 2018 to pick grapes at Domaine Rouge Bleu, a biodynamic/organic winery in the Southern Rhone. This is a small family run operation that believes in quality over quantity. We (Madison, myself & around 8 other volunteers) harvested these grapes by hand early in the morning and early in the season to preserve as much natural acidity in the fruit as possible. This allows for freshness and delicacy in the wine. The color is a pretty rose petal pink, made in the Provence style. We are excited to SHARE this wine with you so we recommend pairing with family and friends.

Maximin Grunhauser Riesling Sekt Brut, 2014 - $39.99
Aged for 8 months on the lees and then topped up with high-quality Auslese from 2011, this serious bottle of bubbles is expressive of Riesling while also toasty and nutty with a gently creamy mouthfeel. The touch of sweetness on the palate is perfectly balanced by high acidity. Racy and mineral with a long finish. Pair with Easter!
Patrick's Wine Review :
Mastroberardino, Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio Bianco, 2016 - $19.99
Legend has it God wept and his tears fell on the volcanic soils of the slopes of Mt. Vesuvius. From those tears, it is said, sprouted the famous vines of Campania, Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio. This wine is made from 100% Coda di Volpe grapes and fermented in stainless steel, to keep it bright and clean. From the heart of Italy, this dry, aromatic, pear and mineral-driven white wine, "Tears of Christ", is a poetic match for any Easter brunch celebration.
Doug's Wine Reviews :
Mt Tabor Chardonnay, Galilee, 2016 - $17.99
This Kosher Lemehadrin wine is a great candidate for celebrating passover. The purity of the fruit is very expressive in this oaked Chardonnay which doesn't go through malolactic fermentation and was sourced from three separate, limestone rich vineyards in lower Galilee. If you're looking for more Kosher wine for the holiday, we have a selection for you!

Adelsheim Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, 2017 - $32.99
David Adelsheim's impact on the history of Oregon Pinot Noir can not be overstated. From his early clonal experimentation to his focus on education, his influence has been and continues to be strong and far reaching. His hard work is obvious in every bottle of his wines too. This dynamic Pinot Noir expresses cocoa, bright red fruit, savory hints of herbs and minerals - a great pairing option for lighter Spring fare.
