This year, All Souls Day is observed on Saturday, November 2nd. The Mass will take place at St. Helen Catholic Church, located at 2700 E. University Avenue, Georgetown, TX, and is set to begin at 10:00 a.m. Bishop Joe S. Vásquez from the Diocese of Austin will be officiating.

Following the Mass, attendees are invited to Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery, where Bishop Vásquez will bless the statue of St. John Paul II in the garden dedicated to him. Subsequently, Priests and Deacons will be available to bless families commemorating this day of remembrance and prayer for the departed souls of their loved ones at the cemetery.

The All Souls' Day event will culminate with the traditional scattering of wildflower seeds and the serving of light refreshments.

Our Lady is witnessing a rise in walk-in clients for all cemetery services. The staff values these individuals and families and endeavors to meet everyone's needs. Nonetheless, accommodating the needs of two to three families simultaneously proves challenging.

Our Lady is now implementing a policy requesting all families to schedule appointments and call ahead for immediate needs, ensuring all parties have sufficient time for their affairs without disruptions.
