Wishing my fellow prostate cancer survivors and all fathers a
Happy Father's Day!
I will celebrate seventeen years as a prostate cancer survivor on this 2017 Father's Day. It is truly a blessing, for which I am eternally thankful, to have enjoyed this many years with my family after being diagnosed with a disease that kills around 30,000 men each year. I attribute early detection and continuing to expand my knowledge about prostate cancer for my good health today.
PHEN will join hands with churches nationwide on Sunday, June 18th for our "9th Annual Father's Day Rally Against Prostate Cancer" which is held within each church during its regular church services. These activities raise prostate cancer awareness for men and women and provide prayer for health and healing for those in need.
I want to thank all of our church partners, members of the PHEN Network, sponsoring organizations and friends for their support of the Father's Day Rally. Together we are providing knowledge and support which is helping countless others to celebrate with their families on this Father's Day.
May you be blessed with good health.
