What's your business? I empower women to naturally heal from anxiety and depression.
How long have you been in business? Four years.
What do you do? I hold workshops where I teach how a 10 second method to finding non-toxic personal care products. This is one of 5 steps to take towards eliminating anxiety.
What's your favorite thing about your business? When a friend/customer switches to a non-toxic product that I recommend and they love it. It makes me feel proud that I've helped someone make the switch, which will lead to eliminating hormone disrupting chemicals. Every change someone makes can bring them closer to a healthier, anxiety free lifestyle.
Family/home life? I've been married for 32 years, I have 3 adult children and a crazy dog who loves to hike with my husband and I.
Favorite indulgence? Dark chocolate with a glass of red wine.
