Effective September 30, 2024, Florida’s minimum wage will increase to $13 per hour. The minimum base wage for tipped employees will increase to $9.98 per hour.

Good Time Treats: A Nice Grand Trine in Earth Signs, The Fall Equinox, the Sun in Libra
For the next week, September 20 – 27, the heavens will be host to three planets (Uranus, Pluto and the Sun) being in an alignment of trines (120 positive degrees) in earth signs. The planetary configuration shows up on the astrology chart as an equilateral triangle. This configuration is called a Grand Trine. It signals good times to be making progress in getting anything earthy (physical and practical) in order. The Plsin English Translation: It is a good time to address getting your finances and financial matters and/or health issues in order. Alert: Once this good week is over this Grand Trine will not occur again in our lifetime. If you have some earthly affairs to straighten out and you want to partner with Universal energies to make things flow with greater ease—get on it this week!
September 22 is the Fall Equinox. It is the calendar day when the Sun is directly above the equator and thus, the hours of night time are equal to the hours of day time. Then, on September 23, the Sun begins its annual passage through Libra, the sign of balance and harmony. Libra is ruled by the planet Venus, the heavenly body associated with love, beauty and harmony. Libra and Venus together are intimately associated with the 7 th House of the Zodiac. The 7 th House is all about relationships of all kinds (love, personal, business, personal, etc.).
At first glance this autumn Cosmic Mojo line up suggests this may be an excellent time for smooth sailing in human relations. However, both my astrologically and politically informed understanding suggests the need to be prepared for potential rough waters and chaotic currents ahead. If you, similar to most people, highly value your relationships with family, friends and associates you may wish to pay careful attention to the information shared in the next parts of this article. In other words, you may want to go out of your way to avoid
breakdowns. It is advisedly a very good time to be exercising caution in relationships.
The Tricky Cosmic Disruptions: Retrograde Transpersonal Energies, An Unhappy Venus
On the Universal and community collective front human relations are being disrupted by being hit from multiple confusing different directions to be re-evaluating all at once. The three outer, transpersonal planets (beyond being about personality issues) are retrograding. This means: Uranus that rules goals, Neptune that

rules spirituality and optimism and, perhaps most influential, Pluto, that rules power, are nudging everyone to re-consider, re-evaluate and re-define. I know quite a few people who, because they are wanting to be calm and in control, choose to tune out the world by boycotting the news and avoiding talking politics. This may be a winning strategy for them. Fortunately, at least in the US, everyone gets to choose their personal path. However, as a person who has great respect for the powers of the planets at the end of the day, like it or not I am aware that we cannot choose to turn off the retrogradation of planets that rule collective consciousness. They are all demanding re-evaluation and the overwhelming trend is for them to be disruptive. It is likely some level of heightened turmoil in relationships will be the norm. You might like to use Post-it Notes to remind yourself to “Pause and take a deep breath before you speak”.
On 9/24 Venus enters Scorpio where she will stay until 10/17. Venus is happy when she is in balance loving Libra. She does not like being in intense ready to fight at the slightest provocation Scorpio. However, now as she is in easily irritated touchy Scorpio, she will be energetically hooking up with Pluto (power). For the coming several weeks she a feisty Venus who can easily take offense is clearly a force to be reckoned within yourself and from other. She may well be responsible for influencing folk to act and react in aggressive interpersonal hurtful ways. Be forewarned. “Pause and take a deep breath before you speak”.
On Committing to Taking the Positive Uplifting High Road
FYI: Libra is my birth sign. I find it challenging to think about have the ruling planet of my sign be a disruptive force to be reckoned with. As usual I look forward to celebrating my birthday. However, this year I am alerted to the benefits of being conscious of potential bumps in the road. Hopefully I will successfully choose to be
cutting myself and others slack. We are, after-all, all spirits having a human experience. And for all our human selves have strengths AND frailties. This year’s season of the Sun passing through Libra seems now to be a time for me to brush up on being proactively committed to uplifting my spirit. I, thus, am committing to doing what an oldie but goody song aptly describes as making a choice to: Accentuate the Positive and Eliminate the Negative.

What happens when we "uncreate"?
What does it mean to uncreate? … to let all the little molecules go… to take away the frames and words and images we hold in our minds and replace them with new ones?
What if the new ones speak with grace and ease and are beautiful and peaceful and calm? And, the pictures created in our minds are not of all the things we don't love about ourselves and our world, they are, instead, of us feeling good… feeling really, really good … knowing all is well.
What if we learn to use a new language, not only as we speak? What if we learn to use language as we think and we dream that nurtures us, connects us, reminds us of the part we play in the positive Universal energy and reminds us how all we are all creative, powerful and loving beings?
We are, after all, Spiritual Beings having a Human Experience, aren't we?
Sometimes we could use a little help remembering this. Sometimes it helps us to be connected to others who are doing the same thing… moving into being more peaceful, more calm, more joyful, more courageous, even more determined and focused, moving toward the experiences of life that truly matter to us.
That's where uncreating comes into play.
To reset our thinking, speaking and dreaming, most of us could use a little support undoing… uncreating the old ways we've learned to cope with the ups and downs of life… all of that stuff of Being Human.
We'd really benefit from learning how to stop making ourselves wrong.
We'd really benefit from learning how to stop reminding ourselves of our failings.
We'd really benefit from learning how to start reinforcing all the positives that surround us - the higher vibrations we know are out there.
The truth is, we could use a little support plugging into the higher VIBES that are available to all of us.

To do this we get to practice uncreating the patterns of our negative lower vibration language and the habits that are driven by that repetition. And then, we get to actively seek connection with higher VIBES.
We get to actively create the Higher VIBE way of living we seek.
Here in the Frequency 432 community we call this practice High VIBE Mastery. Over the past 18 months we've been quietly gathering a committed group of co-creators to play with the possibility that using easy, simple tools and actively seeking synchronicities can prove to our minds that we really do live in a benevolent positive universe. Shifting our thinking and raising our vibration really do change the trajectory of our lives. The support of the group amplifies the practice and the possibilities!
When we play with this possibility and allow ourselves to see in new ways then the transformation we seek might even show “as if by magic”,just like it did for these participants:
One of our co-creators found an ease in communication with her daughter over the past few months that she never thought possible – this relationship has been tumultuous and chaotic for many many years and now a new peace is emerging.
Another, with her new found confidence, got really visible with her creative endeavors. As a result she landed a dream job in her chosen field - after working years doing odd jobs just to make ends meet - and, she met and got engaged to the man of her dreams.
Another participant co-creator said the other day, “it's like I finally pressed the Easy Button after so many years of making everything so hard”.
And, yet another, told us, “I’m learning to regulate my nervous system when things get tough. I've learned how to remember to be grateful, even when I get knocked down, and every time I go back to that practice, a miracle shows up – literally every single time.”
Our group’s first bit of “magic” showed up after only 12 days, when one co-creator announced that the exact home she and her husband had been dreaming about, and lost in a bidding war, had come back on the market and they were the new owners!
All of this, and more, is possible for anyone. This is possible for you, dear reader.
