Remember this: even if you go for it and it doesn’t work out, you still win. 🌟

Why? Because you had the courage to step into the unknown. You chose bravery over comfort, action over hesitation, and growth over fear. Even if the outcome isn’t what you hoped for, you’ve proven to yourself that you are capable of trying, of daring, of moving forward.

This kind of bravery is what transforms you. Every leap into the uncertain expands your confidence, deepens your resilience, and opens doors you never would have found otherwise.

So don’t be afraid to try. The result isn’t the only win—the courage to begin is a victory all on its own. 💫

The Poignant Beginning of the Last Four Months of 2025

A Time that Offers the Potential for Healing Lingering Emotional Challenges

INTRODUCTORY NOTE: This article focuses on a highly sensitive topic: Forgiveness (extended to one’s self or another). The article highlights how this, from an astrological perspective, is a favorable time to think about and to engage in forgiving. And, however, just because the stars are aligned to support forgiveness, does not mean it is a healing blanket of truth for everyone.

Knowing when and if to engage in forgiveness activities is an individual matter. Read this information with the perspective of knowing you are the master of your time and energy. At the end of the day, only you know if this is a time when seeking healing through forgiveness is right for you. FYI: If you choose to engage in the pursuit of forgiveness optional resources for supporting yourself are listed at the end of this article.

The Impact of the Combined Energies

The coming months offer a unique opportunity to potentially find new levels of healing through committing to be open to forgiveness.

Forgiveness and Astrology

Astrology reveals that the elements of Fire, Earth, Air and Water impact how one approaches forgiveness. Each sign’s forgiveness style reflects its element:

● Fire signs (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius): quick, passionate, often dramatic.

● Earth signs (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn): slow, cautious, seeking proof of stability.

● Air signs (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius): mental, rational, needing dialogue and clarity.

● Water signs (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces): deeply emotional, tied to memory, empathy, and vulnerability.

Forgiveness Sign-by-Sign

Aries tends to forgive quickly. Their fiery bursts of energy, anger flares up and burns out fast. They dislike holding grudges, but if their pride is deeply hurt, they may cut ties rather than stew. Their healing comes from learning to pause before reacting and offering forgiveness with as much passion as they express anger.

Taurus finds forgiveness difficult when trust has been broken, because loyalty is sacred to them. They often need time, space, and tangible reassurance before they let go. Forgiveness for Taurus is not forgetting, it’s rebuilding slowly, with proof that stability can be restored.

Gemini intellectualizes hurt. They often want to “talk it out” endlessly to understand what happened. They may forgive in stages, changing their mind multiple times. True forgiveness comes when they quiet the mental chatter and allow their heart to weigh in as much as their head.

Cancer holds onto emotional wounds like water in a tidepool. Forgiveness for them is tied to vulnerability—they need to feel their pain is seen and validated before they can release it. When they forgive, it’s with immense compassion, often extending to family and loved ones even after repeated hurts.

Leo’s forgiveness is dramatic: they can either roar with resentment or offer a magnanimous pardon. Because pride is central, they forgive best when apologies honor their dignity. Their generous heart means that once they truly forgive, they rarely look back—they want harmony to shine again.

Virgo struggles with forgiveness because they replay details and analyze what went wrong. Their path is to accept imperfection, both theirs and others’. Forgiveness flows when they shift from critique to compassion, reminding themselves that healing is often found in service and understanding.

Libra forgives to restore peace and balance, often before they’re fully ready. They dislike conflict and may “smooth things over” prematurely. Deep forgiveness comes when they confront their own feelings honestly, rather than simply pleasing others. Harmony that begins within brings lasting reconciliation.

Scorpio’s wounds cut deep. They rarely forget, and forgiveness may take years—or never come. Yet, when they do forgive, it’s profound and transformative. Their forgiveness is less about letting the other off the hook, and more about alchemizing their own pain into strength and wisdom.

Sagittarius forgives by zooming out to see the bigger picture. They dislike dwelling in negativity and prefer to move on quickly. They forgive more easily when they can frame the hurt as part of a greater lesson or adventure. Their gift is teaching others the freedom that comes from letting go.

Capricorn can be slow to forgive. They take betrayal personally and keep score of wrongs. They approach forgiveness pragmatically: “Has this person earned my trust again?” Their healing lies in learning that forgiveness frees them from carrying the heavy weight of resentment.

Aquarius tends to detach from emotional hurt, sometimes skipping forgiveness by simply disconnecting. They approach it rationally. If they can understand why someone acted as they did, forgiveness becomes easier. Their growth comes in allowing heart and humanity to soften the cool logic.

Pisces forgives almost too easily, often excusing others before proper boundaries are set. Their compassion is boundless, and they may confuse forgiveness with self-sacrifice. Their spiritual gift is unconditional love, but they thrive when forgiveness also includes forgiving themselves and honoring their limits.

Resources for Engaging in a Conscious Self-Aware Intention to Forgive

Radical Self-Forgiveness by Colin Tipping

These are both excellent resources. There is also a vast amount of related YouTube video content available to enhance learning and practicing.

Prayer:

The Lord’s Prayer: “Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive…”

If this prayer “speaks” to you, repeated use of it may heighten and advance your healing experience.

A Biblically Inspired Forgiveness Activity

In the Bible, in Matthew 18:21-22 Peter asks Jesus if seven times of forgiving someone is sufficient. Jesus replies, "I tell you, not seven times, seventy times seven." This is a hyperbolic expression meaning to forgive without limit.

Borrowing from Sondra Ray, the founder of the practice of Rebirthing, I have designed a self-guided Forgiveness Activity. Over many years of suggesting its use it has been proven to help friends, clients and me to successfully advance the willingness to forgive and the ability to heal. The background information and explanation of how to use it is more cumbersome than can be included herein. I have a PDF containing the complete set of instructions. I am happy to e-mail this to anyone who requests it. Simply shoot me an e-mail at Hattie@hattieparker.com with the Subject Line: Forgiveness Activity and I will send it to you at no charge.

May the user-friendly Universe guide your way to take the right next steps for you. Blessings - Hattie
