  • May 1, 2026: FL Annual Reports Due

Personal Tax Deadline is 4/15/26!

Are you Ready?

We request any individual that would like to file on time to submit your information by 4/1/26 in order for us to prepare your return before the deadline.

Our firm will file protective extensions for all individuals in our system beginning on 4/1/26 automatically so there is no need to request that we file one on your behalf.

As we approach the close of this tax season, we want to share a few important reminders and practical tips to help you stay informed and avoid unnecessary issues with the IRS.

1. Check Your Refund Status

If you are expecting a refund, the quickest way to track it is through the IRS “Where’s My Refund?” tool on their website. You will need:

  • Your Social Security Number (or ITIN)
  • Filing status
  • Exact refund amount

Updates are typically available within 24 hours after e-filing or about 4 weeks after mailing a paper return.

2. Access Your IRS Account & Transcripts

We encourage all clients to create or log in to their IRS online account. From there, you can securely:

  • View your balance
  • Make payments
  • Access tax records

To download your tax transcript:

  • Log in to your IRS account
  • Navigate to “Records and Status”
  • Select “Get Transcript”
  • Choose the appropriate transcript type (usually “Account Transcript” or “Return Transcript”)

These documents are often needed for loan applications, financial planning, or resolving IRS notices.

3. If You Owe Taxes – Act Promptly

If you are unable to pay your full balance by the filing deadline, it is still critical to file your return on time. Filing late can result in significantly higher penalties than paying late.

Here’s what to know:

  • The failure-to-file penalty is generally 5% of the unpaid taxes per month (up to 25%)
  • The failure-to-pay penalty is typically 0.5% per month (up to 25%)
  • Interest accrues on any unpaid balance

Even if you cannot pay in full, paying as much as possible now will reduce penalties and interest. You may also consider setting up an IRS payment plan.

4. Extensions Are for Filing, Not Paying

If you filed an extension, remember that it only extends the time to file—not the time to pay. Any unpaid balance after the deadline will still incur penalties and interest.

5. Stay Organized Year-Round

Now is a great time to:

  • Save a copy of your return and supporting documents
  • Update your withholding or estimated tax payments if needed
  • Reach out to us with any planning questions for the year ahead

Thank you for trusting us with your tax and financial needs!

With Gratitude,

Jill & Team

March Closing Reflection

This month wasn’t about becoming someone new. It was about remembering who you are — and having the courage to live from that place.

Fertile Ground — you prepared. You softened, cleared space, and trusted something meaningful could grow.

Awakening Strength — you rose.

Quietly, steadily, you began to stand in your own energy.

Authenticity is my Medicine — you told the truth. You honored what was real within you.

And now…

You live it.

The more I live in my truth,

the more my life begins to reflect it.

This is where everything shifts —

when your inner world and outer world begin to align.

With trust in all that is unfolding,

Life Cycles 3/27 – 4/5: The Cosmic Taskmaster

Partners with the Great Transformer

Introduction: Call to Take Action

The cycle discussed in this newsletter involves the movements of Saturn and Pluto. These two planets were the prime movers in Covid. This awareness may help you “get” how powerful this 10 day period is and will be. THIS IS A BIG DEAL You are encouraged to view it as a positive energy worthy of note.

The Past: Enter the Pandemic

The long arc of transformation set into motion by Saturn’s conjunction with Pluto in January 2020 marked one of the most defining energetic thresholds of our time. Saturn, the planet of structure, responsibility, and societal frameworks, merged with Pluto, the force of deep transformation, power, and rebirth. Together, they initiated a period of profound dismantling and reconstruction both collectively and personally. This alignment coincided with the emergence of the global pandemic, reflecting the symbolism of breakdown leading to necessary restructuring. Systems we once relied upon were tested, exposing weaknesses while demanding resilience, accountability, and evolution.

The Present: Cosmic Cooperation

Now, as Saturn and Pluto move into a supportive sextile from March 27 through April 5, (10 days) we enter a very different phase of this longer cycle. A sextile is an aspect of opportunity, cooperation, and integration. Rather than crisis forcing change, this energy invites us to consciously apply the lessons we have learned.

The rebuilding process becomes more intentional. We are better equipped to stabilize what was shaken, to implement new systems that are more sustainable, and to step into positions of empowered leadership in our own lives. This is a moment where discipline (Saturn) and transformation (Pluto) work with each other rather than against, offering a window to make meaningful progress.

On a Personal Level

This transit encourages us to take ownership of our growth. What did the past few years strip away that was no longer aligned? What inner strength did it reveal? The Saturn–Pluto sextile supports practical action toward long-term goals, especially those rooted in authenticity and integrity. Collectively, we may see more effective reforms, strategic collaborations, and a strengthening of systems that were once in flux. While the conjunction demanded surrender, this sextile rewards participation. It reminds us that transformation is not only something that happens to us—it is something we can now actively shape, build, and sustain.

As we move through this Saturn–Pluto sextile, it’s important to acknowledge that even in a phase of rebuilding, the collective psyche is still processing deep layers of grief, in response to the suffering caused by ongoing wars and global instability. Sensitivity to this pain is not a weakness. It is a sign of empathy and connection. And ,it must be grounded to remain sustainable. Saturn invites us to create healthy energetic boundaries: limit overexposure to distressing media, establish daily routines that restore a sense of stability, and channel concern into meaningful, tangible actions such as prayer, meditation, or compassionate service. Pluto reminds us that even in the darkest moments, transformation is underway beneath the surface. By anchoring into practices that calm the nervous system and reaffirm inner strength, we become steady vessels of resilience rather than overwhelmed receivers of collective pain quietly contributing to healing simply by choosing presence, intention, and hope.

Over the years of guiding Kundalini Activation, l've noticed a clear pattern: people truly want to go deep, but often the body is still holding tension. And when the body is blocked, energy simply cannot move freely🙏🏻

So this time, we're doing it differently... we will begin with the body🔥

Matilda Shnurova will guide us through an intuitive dance journey, gently preparing the body and allowing it to remember its natural intelligence. This is a rare opportunity to experience her magnetic field😍
