Frequency Friday: You're Not Bad With Money
Somewhere along the way, a lot of people decided:
“I’m just bad with money.”
But that’s not actually true.
No one is born understanding taxes, cash flow, or financial systems.
Those are learned skills.
So if you’ve ever felt behind, overwhelmed, or unsure—
it doesn’t mean you’re bad with money.
It means no one ever showed you how to engage with it in a way that feels clear.
A shift to try:
Instead of:
“I’m bad with money.”
Try:
“I’m learning how to manage money.”
That one sentence creates space for growth.
A simple step for today:
Pick one financial concept you don’t fully understand—
and spend 10 minutes learning about it.
No pressure to master it. Just start.
This is exactly what we’re here for—to help you understand, not judge
With Gratitude,
