The company was started over 10 years ago, but Shane Thompson and his team have over 20 years of experience building homes in both Baldwin and Mobile counties. They build custom, quality homes for affordable prices, sure to exceed your expectations and dreams.
The Thompson Home Building team considers each other family. Some of them have been with Shane for all twenty years he has been in the business, if that tells you anything about the company and management. There’s no doubt when you have a support system and trust like that, you know you’re getting a quality outcome.
It is interesting to hear stories and learn about the team’s relationship with clients. So much care and passion go into creating a unique home for each client, that by the time each project is complete, the new homeowners are considered a part of the family and not just another house on the books. It’s clear that the one-on-one builder to client relationship ensures that new homeowners feel at ease during the entire building process and love every aspect of their new home.
Currently they balance 40+ projects and are scheduled one year out to complete. While they support the community, they do not advertise and only rely on word of mouth. The team has poured so much love into each home and client, that they have built a following and successful business on the relationships they’ve developed throughout the years. When asked what makes their work special, the answer was “The friendships.”
