Chef Abby for WHE in AZ- My culinary career began with a quest to make the perfect guacamole. I was always a little unsatisfied with store bought or even restaurant guacamole and so I thought, “if you want something done right, do it yourself”. So I began to hunt down recipes and experiment until one day, voila! I had it! The satisfaction that comes with reaching a goal and the feeling of making food that is better than anything you can buy are two things that have propelled me forward in my career.
