How We Help Pets & People In Need
" I came in yesterday and had a young kitten I recently rescued vaccinated and tested for feline leukemia. The staff was all very friendly! They all clearly love their job and they were eager to make sure he was healthy enough to join my small zoo. Lol. H.O.P.E. is a great resource for our community....it is affordable too! . "

Please consider donating items from our wish list to help us with the animals in our care. Your donation enables us to continue offering our low-cost services to the community. We broke down our wish list into two categories: items we need the most & items we are always in need of.

You can drop off donations to our clinic Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or you can ship items to our clinic (ex: Amazon orders, Chewy orders, ect.).

5 Ways to Keep Your Pet Safe During the Holidays
Holiday Food
Refrain from feeding your pets from the table. Holiday baking and cooking usually includes a lot of dangerous ingredients for dogs and cats.

Decorations
Make sure Christmas trees are properly secured so your pets can't knock them down. Ornaments, tinsel and other holiday decorations can be seen as treats or toys to pets, so make sure they are out of reach.

Plants
Festive plants and seasonal flowers can be dangerous. Amaryllis, mistletoe and poinsettias are common holiday plants that are toxic for dogs and cats. Refrain from keeping them in your home.

Party Central
It wouldn't be the holidays without fancy parties and guests! Not all pets feel safe with an influx of activity inside their home. Make sure your pet has access to a quiet, safe place, should they want some time alone.

Check Exits
With an increase in house guests, make sure all doors leading outside are
secured and pay extra attention when friends/family are coming in or going
out. Make sure your pet has a microchip and the information is up to date!
