Autumn is here and it's time to FALL BACK!  Time Change Sunday is on the way!  On the first Sunday in November, we come to the end of Daylight Saving Time.  With the extra hour - now is the time for your seasonal residence preparedness.  This is the time to look around your house and make sure that you will be safe in your home - can you access getting in and out of your home with ease; are you able to utilize the stairs safely; are you able to get in and out of your shower or tub with no problem?  Do you have a Outdoor Stairlift or Vertical Platform Lift that needs servicing for the winter?  Give us a call to make this appointment.  We are here to help...

Come join The Professional Women in Building Council (PWB) on Tuesday, October 25th from 5:30 to 7:30pm at Rhode Island Builders Association headquarters for their OPEN HOUSE.  

All are invited to come and network with these women, who plan an important role in the residential and commercial construction industry as business owners, designers, administrators, attorneys, real estate professionals and more.   

Join us to meet the current members, learn more about the association and how to become a member as well as see how the PWB has grown in the past few years.  All are welcome!

So as a family caregiver, remember to pay attention to your own physical and mental wellness, and get proper rest and nutrition.
